A Note on Dyeing
The cotton content of this yarn is receptive to fibre reactive dyes, while the polyester content requires disperse dyes for full colour uptake. Dyeing with fibre reactive dye alone will produce a heathered, two-tone effect where the cotton takes colour and the polyester remains closer to white — a beautiful result in its own right. For full, even colour across both fibres, a combined dye process using both fibre reactive and disperse dyes is recommended.
