This hand-wash only, feltable wool yarn is beautifully soft and smooth, making it ideal for felting projects as well as traditional knitting. It felts reliably, making it perfect for items such as tea cosies, slippers, bags, and sculptural felted pieces. Available in a wide range of the iconic Nundle colours, there’s a shade to suit every creative project.
Nundle Woollen Mill is Australian owned and operated and remains one of the last textile mills in Australia still buying greasy wool at auction and processing it locally on historic machinery dating back to 1914. Every ball supports local manufacturing and Australia’s wool heritage.
